- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment: full refund or reschedule
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% cancellation fee may apply

- All pets must be up to date on vaccinations
- You must disclose any known health conditions, behavioural issues or special needs
- Pets showing signs of illness may be refused service
- Aggressive animals may require additional handling procedures at extra cost

- We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions that may worsen during services
- We are not responsible for any self-inflicted injuries

Emergency Medical Care
In the event of a medical emergency while your pet is in our care:
- We will attempt to contact you immediately
- If we cannot reach you, we may seek emergency veterinary care
